WHY WE'RE BUILDING THIS
We built DeskCrew because support was scattered — a question in a Slack channel here, an email there, a Discord ping nobody tracked. Every helpdesk we tried wanted us to live in its tab and paste context between tools built for the email era. So we built the opposite: a desk that meets customers where they already are — a widget on your site, threads in Slack and Discord — and that AI agents can genuinely work over MCP, triaging and drafting with a human hand on the send button. Support shouldn't mean switching tabs.
